The company has rich experience in the construction segment spanning more than a decade and has successfully branched out to the North Coastal Districts of the state of Andhra Pradesh apart from Visakhapatnam. Due to the core values and customer-centric approach, the company has captured considerable share in the development of residential and commercial space. It has an enviable record of developing more than one million SFT space in prime locations. 

 Over the last few years, there has been a paradigm shift in the construction industry in line with urban trends in India and the world. As such, there is currently an enhanced focus in development of Townships, Gated Communes and Integrated Residential Complexes along side commercial space. Keeping these trends in mind, OMCON was constitute to exclusively target such special projects.
